Privacy

Visits

This site uses Google Analytics to see how it’s used: which pages are opened, where visitors came from (like Instagram or Google) and which buttons get tapped. It uses cookies to tell a new visit from a returning one. It never gets your name, email or phone number. You can turn it off with Google’s opt-out add-on or your browser’s privacy settings. It also uses Microsoft Clarity, which shows how pages get used, like where people tap and how far they scroll, so the site can be made easier to use. What you type into forms is hidden from it, and it never runs on the consent form.

Requests

When you send a consultation request or a join form, what you type and any photos you add are emailed to the artist you picked and to the shop. The website doesn’t keep a copy. If you gave an email address, you get a confirmation. Emails are sent by Resend, and the site is hosted by Vercel.

Your consent form

The consent form you sign at your appointment has its own notice. Aftercare emails only go out if you leave the box ticked on that form, and every one has a link to stop them.
